Criteria: Single homeless people with alcohol dependence problems. Can accept people with mental health problems, drug problems or learning disabilities as long as alcohol is primary problem.

Description: Staff are based at the office and visit residents at least weekly. Keyworker system and support plans. Provide medium level of support, including basic support and help with budgeting, alcohol and drugs, health, life skills, employment, training, education, offending behaviour, family contact. Criteria: Single homeless people with some involvement with the Criminal Justice System.

Will not accept drug users who are not willing to access support, those posing an unmanagable risk to residents/staff. Those with no support needs.

Will not accept women with a history of arson or chaotic behaviour. Women assessed as being at risk to staff or other residents.

Description: Staff provide support with life skills, budgeting, education, training and employment opportunities. Project works closely with Probation and Social Services, Youth Offending Team and statutory mental health services.

Criteria: Single homeless men with medium to high support needs including those with mental health problems, learning disabilities, drug and/or alcohol problems, complex needs. Will accept applications from young people leaving custody or care.
Will not accept men who present an unworkable risk to staff or residents. Those with low support needs.

Description: This service provides temporary emergency accommodation in the homes of trained volunteer hosts. Accommodation is usually for 1 night only with the young person returning to the referral or other appropriate agencies in the morning to make arrangements for long term accommodation.

Will not accept people under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of referral or a history of violence or sexual crimes.

Description: Compulsory key work system, weekly meetings. Fortnightly house meetings. Key worker system, weekly meetings. Staff provide advice and information on education, training, careers and welfare rights. Translation and interpreting services, and family mediation if appropriate. Residents must participate in resettlement programme.

Criteria: Young black (African/Caribbean, Asian and Mixed Parentage) single homeless women aged 16-30, including those who are in the early stages of pregnancy. 25% of places are for 16-17 year olds.

Will not accept women with a history of sexual offences or arson. Anyone currently taking drugs and not accepting help.

Criteria: Single homeless women with low to medium support needs who are pregnant or who have children aged under 5 years. Priority given to those nearing expected delivery time.

Criteria: Young women, aged 16-25 who are pregnant or have a child under 2, and who are homeless or vulnerable. May accept a couple in some circumstances. Applicants must have a local connection immediately prior to application.

Criteria: Homeless people with at least one child, or those expecting a child, who are accepted as being homeless and in priorty need with the Housing Act 1996.

Description: Residents are expected to accept the support agreed between themselves and staff. Support sessions are initially 2-3 times per week, then weekly when the resident moves onto cluster property. Broxtowe College run an accredited in house literacy and numeracy course.
