Description: This service allows individuals currently experiencing a level of distress and turmoil in their lives to express themselves through art, aiming to help people improve their confidence and self esteem. Group members are provided with materials and tuition.

Criteria: Anyone experiencing some level of ill mental health.

Description: Confetti Studios deliver pioneering courses in music technology, video production and animation. Courses range from flexible part-time to full time courses and from foundation level to degree level. The service has the latest equipment, software, state of the art studios and specialist tutors. Confetti also offer some one-to-one courses.

Criteria: Anyone wishing to engage in learning opportunities.

Description: Meditation drop-in classes
This class is suitable for complete beginners or for those with some experience of meditation. Class times Tuesdays & Fridays: 1.05-1.55pm

The centre teaches two types of meditation. The 'mindfulness of breathing' a meditation for developing clarity and awareness. The 'metta bhavana' is a practice for transforming our emotions, and for cultivating positivity and openness towards ourselves and others.

Criteria: Anyone.

Referral Procedure Self referral or drop-in.

Description: Take 1 deliver non-vocational pre-vocational and vocational learning and training for young people and adults, doing music, media, performing arts, dance, singing, video production and artistic development. Individuals and groups are given support and embrace different musical styles such as hip-hop and RnB etc.

All courses are free.

Criteria: People from disadvantaged backgrounds, or those struggling to engage in education.

Description: This service provides flexible learning opportunities to homeless and vulnerably housed individuals. Courses range from computers, arts, English and Maths and also explore drug use and independent living skills.

Criteria: Homeless or vulnerable individuals.
