Description: 8 Full Time Staff, emergency on-call system. Staff visit each project daily. Keywork system (5 residents per worker), weekly keywork meetings. Agreed individual action plans. Staff provide advice and support around hygiene, cooking, budgeting, benefits and leisure activities. Referral to specialist agencies.
Criteria:
Single homeless people experiencing problematic drug use. Can accept couples at some properties.

Description:
5 full time and 5 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory key work system, weekly key work meetings.
Staff provide advice on move-on options as part of the key working process.
Criteria:
Single people who require housing support because they have previously found it difficult to maintain independent accommodation.
Will not accept schedule one offenders, those with a history of arson or violence, or those who are chaotic substance misusers.

Description: Staff are based at the office and visit residents at least weekly. Keyworker system and support plans. Provide medium level of support, including basic support and help with budgeting, alcohol and drugs, health, life skills, employment, training, education, offending behaviour, family contact. Regular liason with criminal justice agencies.
Criteria:
Single homeless people with some involvement with the Criminal Justice System.
Will not accept drug users who are not willing to access support, those posing an unmanagable risk to residents/staff. Those with no support needs.

Criteria:
Homeless people with at least one child, or those expecting a child, who are accepted as being homeless and in priorty need with the Housing Act 1996.
Will not accept people with convictions for sex offences.
