Description: Double Impact aim to provide a good service for people who have experienced problematic drug and alcohol use and who are now wishing to abstain. They provide support on personal development, housing, training, education and employment. They also provide a mentoring scheme and a structured aftercare programme, volunteer work opportunities, a womens group, a range of complementary therapies and even have their own football team.
Criteria: Stabilised/recovering drug and alcohol users aged 18 and above who are seeking aftercare support in accessing housing, further education, training, entering employment or voluntary work.

Description:
This service provides a low level of floating support for people with a history of, and vulnerability to, tenancy failure. The Drop-In also runs a day centre for primary health care, food and clothing.
Criteria:
People, including couples and those with children, who are homeless or refugees, or who have tenancy sustainment difficulties because of unemployment, mental health problems, addiction or offending behaviour.
Min age: 16.
Will not accept people who need a higher level of support than can be provided by the project.
Minimum age: 16

Services provided include: 1:1 support, arranging training and further education, writing a CV, interview techniques, opening a bank account, benefits advice, transport costs for interviews, some financial assistance.
