Criteria: Asian people who are experiencing mental health difficulties within Nottingham.

Description: This service enables clients with drug and/or alcohol issues to manage and maintain their tenancies.

Criteria: People with drug and alcohol issues, including people with children, who are Nottingham City Council or private tenants.Areas Served: Broxtowe.

Description: This service offers flexible housing related support to people living in their own homes who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

Criteria: People with mental health problems, including those with children, who are experiencing difficulties with managing and sustaining their homes.

Will not accept people assessed as posing an unacceptable level of risk.

Description: Provides support to individuals and families with difficulty maintaining their homes. Priority is given to people with substance misuse problems, homeless people, people facing eviction, young families, teenage families and those with complex needs.

Criteria: Single people or couples, with or without children, who have support needs that make it difficult for them to successfully maintain their homes.Will not accept people who present an unmanageable risk or who have no housing related needs.

Minimum age: 16

Description: This service provides a low level of floating support for people with a history of, and vulnerability to, tenancy failure. The Drop-In also runs a day centre for primary health care, food and clothing.

Criteria: People, including couples and those with children, who are homeless or refugees, or who have tenancy sustainment difficulties because of unemployment, mental health problems, addiction or offending behaviour.
Min age: 16.
Will not accept people who need a higher level of support than can be provided by the project.

Description: This service provides floating support to single homeless people and those whose tenancy is deemed vulnerable, to enable them to maintain their tenancies.

Criteria: Single people who are homeless or vulnerably housed.

Description: This service offers floating support to young people who have a tenancy with City Homes, Housing Associations or private landlords.

Description: This service provides a floating support service to people with learning disabilities throughout Nottinghamshire.

Criteria: People with learning disabilities, including those with additional physical disabilities or mental health problems. Can accept applications from couples and people with children.
Areas Served: Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Broxtowe, Gedling, Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood, Rushcliffe.

Description: Include is a floating support service for adults who have mild to moderate learning disability/autism/Asperger's syndrome, living in Nottingham City, who need tenancy related support.

Criteria: For those who need support with tenancy related issues and are willing to engage with support workers

Description: Supports low to high risk offenders in Nottingham, high risk offenders in Mansfield and families living across Nottingham.

Description: This service provides floating support to teenage parents, young people, women experiencing domestic violence and other vulnerable people.
The service is available to people living in council, housing association and private rented or privately owned accommodation.

Referral Procedure Referrals only from Social Services

Description: Provides a floating support service for women in Gedling and Nottingham with current or previous experience of domestic abuse. The service is open to travellers and sex workers in Nottingham City, and is available to women with or without children. The centre can help women wanting to move away from domestic abuse, and also runs a drop-in service.

Criteria: Women who have experienced domestic abuse and who have additional issues with mental health, drugs or alcohol. Can provide support to women with or without children.
